Mission
The mission of the WSCC is to become the symbol of educational excellence that fuels the success of our graduates, industry, and society.

Implementation
Apprentices entering the fourth year of the apprenticeship program have the option to choose certain required courses, one of which can grant them an Associate of Occupational Studies degree upon their completion of the existing five year program.

Coming Soon
The Associate Degree courses will also be available to journeymen who have already completed the Plumbers Local 3 apprenticeship program, in order for them to obtain the degree as well.
