We, the members of Plumbers Local Union #3, have joined in voluntary association for the benevolent purpose of preserving, promoting, and protecting the welfare of all employees in the plumbing industry within our jurisdiction. This Local Union will maintain the traditionally high level of craftsmanship in the industry and will protect the health and safety of the citizens of our community from the dangers of inferior, defective and unsanitary methods and materials.
